These terms apply when you use whoosa.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your 14-day right to cancel; see our Returns page. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Products
Our Magnesium Body Spray, Magnesium Body Butter, Magnesium Flakes + Epsom Bath Soak and Spray + Butter Night Set are cosmetic products for external use on the skin and in the bath. They are not medicines. Our Electrolytes Drink Mix (coming soon) is a food product. Patch test before first use, follow the directions and warnings on the label, keep out of reach of children, do not use on broken or irritated skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. Check the ingredient list if you have allergies. If you are expecting a baby, breastfeeding, or under a doctor's care, ask your doctor before use.
We make products by hand in small batches, so colour, scent and texture can vary slightly between batches. Photos are for illustration.

Content on this site, our emails and social media is general information about our products and wellbeing routines. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices do not include UK import VAT or duty, which you pay on delivery (see Shipping). Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe through its secure hosted checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already confirmed. If a price is clearly shown in error, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will refund you in full if we do. Coming-soon products cannot be ordered until they are on sale; notify-me sign-ups do not reserve stock.
Delivery and risk
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are entered in Stripe checkout, have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may have an end date or other conditions shown with the offer.
Marketplaces and wholesale
If you buy WHOOSA products through TikTok Shop, Faire or another marketplace or retailer, that platform's terms also apply to the purchase, and returns are handled according to that platform's process, along with your consumer rights.
Website use and content
All text, images, linework and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors (see Photo credits). You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use automated tools to place orders.
Customer feedback
If you send us feedback or a photo for publication, you allow us to publish it with your first name and initial. We publish only genuine customer feedback and do not remove negative feedback just because it is negative.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to the consumer rights above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, but you keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
