Magnesium

Oil spray and body butter for the stretch after a full day. Unscented is our main spray; Night and Lemon Myrtle are small-batch test scents.

Which magnesium oil spray is right for you?

Start with Unscented if you like things simple: just purified water and magnesium chloride, nothing added. Night carries a soft Tasmanian lavender scent for the end of the day, and Lemon Myrtle is bright and fresh, which many people prefer in the morning or after a shower.

How to use magnesium oil spray

Spray a few pumps onto clean, dry skin, such as your legs, arms or the soles of your feet, then smooth it in with your hands. It can feel a little tingly or salty at first, which is normal for a concentrated salt spray. If it bothers you, rinse it off after a few minutes or follow with the Body Butter. Our guide on why magnesium spray can sting explains more, and using magnesium spray on your feet walks through a simple bedtime routine.

Spray or body butter?

The spray is light and quick. The Body Butter is richer and leaves skin feeling soft, so it suits dry skin and slower evenings. Plenty of people use both: spray first, then butter. Patch test on a small area first, and keep away from broken skin and eyes.
